Reading your report

What each tab of a Peach report shows, and how to read a verdict without over-reading it.

Updated

In short. The report has seven tabs. Start on Overview for your mention rate and the questions you were left out of. Every verdict in the report describes one sampled answer, not what every user of that assistant sees.

The tabs

Tab What it answers
Overview How often were you named, which questions left you out, and which competitor was named most?
Prompts Which questions did Peach ask, and what did each engine say? See Prompts.
Query Fan-Out What related questions sit behind each prompt? See Query Fan-Out.
Competitors Who is Peach comparing you to, and how often was each named? See Competitors.
Citations Which website domains appear in the answers? See Citations.
Growth Actions What should you publish first?
Site Audit Can AI crawlers read your site? See Site Audit.

The sidebar also holds Brand Hub, the Content Engine and Publishing. Those are not part of one report. They apply across your work.

The Overview tab

Overview leads with four things:

  • Your mention rate. The share of sampled answers that named you. How the score works explains how it is calculated.
  • Missed questions. How many buyer questions produced an answer that did not name you. See Missed questions.
  • Most cited competitor. The competitor named in the most answers.
  • Where the sampled answers did not name you. The questions themselves, each with the answer text, so you can read what the engine said instead.

Below those, a competitor presence map shows which brands come up when you are absent, and a recommended next move points at the first thing to write.

How to read a verdict

Every answer in the report carries one of three verdicts:

Verdict Meaning
Named Your brand name, or a name your own site uses for you, appears in this sampled answer.
Not named in this sample The engine answered, and your name is not in the text.
No answer The engine returned nothing for this question. It is left out of every percentage.

"Not named in this sample" is a statement about one answer. It does not mean the assistant never names you. Ask the same question twice and you can get two different lists.

Exporting

The report has a CSV export, which downloads every question, each engine's verdict and the competitors named.

Coming soon. A PDF download, and a share link that opens your report for someone who is not signed in. Today the Share button copies the page address, which does not carry your report with it.

What to do with the report

  1. Read the missed questions and the answers under them.
  2. Check the competitor list. If it is wrong, fix it in Brand Hub before trusting any comparison.
  3. Check the market the report was measured in.
  4. Open What to write to turn a missed question into an article.
